Ode To Thirteen Years

I kind of feel over the whole "I can't believe we've been married for so long; it seems so short" rant that I usually do for our anniversary.
13 years is a long time, but we have done some seriously involved, intricate and - dare I say - important things in that time.
It feels good.
Settled.
Definite.
Permanent.
We're good.
Busy - of course - but productive. Like we finally figured out how to do "life."
It can make me nervous in times like these, feeling content and in control.
Well...
Not control per se, but feeling as if we could handle whatever comes.
