It's Growing

One of the best things about the rain is the green that comes to The Jungle afterwards. Our little apricot tree is going crazy in the front yard. This was the day after we planted it:

And this is it now:

Note the trimmed bushes and orange tree in the back. Tarzan was so cute. Every time I selected a branch or a twig for pruning he got all sentimental. "But it has leaves." Hee hee, he's so adorable. We're doing so much better with this tree in the guiding it's growth and nipping buds so only the strong survive.
