In Or Out

Why is unloading the dishwasher such a chore but loading it is relatively fun and I enjoy it?

This is me and that's the sort of question which occupies my mind.

You prefer loading? I would pick pretty much anything over loading. My mom used to tell my sister and me, "One unloads, one loads." We would RACE to the kitchen to get to be the unloader. Maybe you rinse your dishes better than some members of our house.

Most random "blog by" EVER! I've been a long time Reva reader (like since Diaryland days) and friend and I remembered she featured you once a little while ago. I had a spare moment, so I randomly decided to click on your link. Hence why I am now commenting. I HAD to comment on your little "in or out" post.

I HAAAATTTTEEEE like a fiery hot flaming hate unloading the dishwasher. But, I love loading it. So, I get your question. And for me, the answer is this. Loading, you get to stand in one place and just put them in. Plus, you get to sharpen your tetris skills while you're at it. Whilst unloading equals trips around the kitchen to various cupboards (some of which may or may not be booby trapped) and it's just more time consuming and annoying. At least that's MY answer and I'm sticking to it.

So ok, sorry for the diatribe! I'm outy.

Well, we are not the same person on this one. I far prefer UNloading than loading...which is why I am grateful for my roommate! :) Well, one of the reasons at least.
