Mobile

As you may have guessed from the last post, Cheetah is crawling.
Sort of.
He does a sort of booty-scoot thing.
If I hadn't seen him standing and walking (holding on) I'd think there was something wrong with his left leg, the way he doesn't use it to crawl.
But with mobility comes so many new things to investigate.
Books that aren't his:
Daddy's paperwork:
Movies:
Toys in other rooms:
The kitchen sink:
The trash is a lot of fun:
Whatever that is:
And general stuff Mommy should have cleaned up years ago:
It's both exciting and terrifying to see him growing up like this. (Insert every mother's comment, "they grow up so fast!")
All I can think is that Thanksgiving is going to be interesting.
See, there are no stairs in our house.
But Gamma has two sets.

This is me and he's on the loose.

P butt scooted for ages! She didn't even crawl until 12 months and it was another 4 or 5 until she walked. She was so flexible her legs would fall out like Bambi.

They have baby gates, so that's good, except Papa bear can't figure them out and move them himself, and can't lift his legs high enough to get over them, and he goes between the upstairs and downstairs like a bazillion times a day, so him yelling for someone to move it gets old. But weirdly, mine never really cared about the stairs going up to the bedrooms.

Is it really double posting all my comments, or does blogger deceive me? Feel free to delete!
