...I've been thinking about this a lot lately. <br /><br />And it boiled down to this thought: while the mysteries of how my values and morals were imprinted on me by my parents and whatever corrupt things I have going on in my mind, other kids have learned to tune out everyone else's attempts to imprint them. That being said - it gets my dander up when I'm out in public TRYING - not always succeeding, but at least trying to get my kid to behave, and a parent around me isn't. You can mess up as a parent, and we can't control 'em, but not trying?? That's pretty much the only thing that gets me.
